Is a custom home right for me?

With a new custom home you get to build a home that fits your style.

Everyone loves to enjoy the new car smell, crisp leather, or fresh carpet.  For some buyers, being the first to cook a dinner in a brand-new kitchen or knowing that no one else has ever used the jacuzzi tub is part of the appeal of new construction.

Everything is new, so your new home has the most modern and energy efficient appliances, air conditioning, windows, insulation, and building codes. You get to pick where your bedroom is compared to the kids rooms or the Entertainment Center, you get to decide whether the washer/dryer should share a wall with the baby's bedroom or not.

There are no looming honey-do's - you won’t have to spend time stripping dated wallpaper or repainting to suit your own sense of style. You can create your own home décor from the get-go!

The bottom line it that you get the home you want, with any the little annoyances from your last home customized away for you.

If that seems a little overwhelming don't worry - our staff is here to make this fun and easy.  We also keep an eye on your budget for you in case you start getting carried away.
